We are looking for a smart, analytical, and client-focused Business Analyst (Pre-Sales) who can understand client requirements, create proposals, and support the sales team in converting leads into successful projects.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Pre-Sales Executive
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of IT services and technologies
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and analyze client business requirements

  • Prepare proposals, project scope documents, and presentations
  • Create effort estimations, timelines, and cost breakdowns
  • Coordinate with technical teams to define solutions
  • Support the sales team during client discussions
  • Manage multiple leads and follow-ups
  • Maintain proper documentation and reporting
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Pre-Sales Executive
  • Strong communication and client-handling skills
  • Good understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile, Software)
  • Experience in writing proposals and documentation
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple leads and deadlines
