We are looking for a smart, analytical, and client-focused Business Analyst (Pre-Sales) who can understand client requirements, create proposals, and support the sales team in converting leads into successful projects.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Pre-Sales Executive
- Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of IT services and technologies
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus

Key Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze client business requirements
- Communicate with clients via calls, emails, and meetings
- Prepare proposals, project scope documents, and presentations
- Create effort estimations, timelines, and cost breakdowns
- Coordinate with technical teams to define solutions
- Support the sales team during client discussions
- Manage multiple leads and follow-ups
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Pre-Sales Executive
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Good understanding of IT services (Web, Mobile, Software)
- Experience in writing proposals and documentation
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
